Licensed Clinical Social Worker · New York

A safe space to talk, heal,
and grow

Therapy is a confidential, supportive space where we can talk about the challenges you are experiencing and develop practical ways to cope and grow. I understand that these struggles can feel unmanageable, and that it can feel daunting to carry the burden alone. Let's explore life's challenges together, build resilience, and rediscover your inner strength.

"Therapy is a process of learning how to think differently about yourself and your life."       — Aaron Beck

Warm, compassionate,
effective care

I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Master's in Social Work from Fordham University. My clinical training and experience include working with adults and families who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, parenting issues, and major life transitions.

To honor that each person is an individual and may respond more positively to specific therapy modalities, I use an eclectic approach to treatment, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, somatic resourcing, and psychodynamics. Together, we will work to find the best treatment option for your specific needs. I look forward to walking beside you on this journey.

Evidence-based,
whole-person care

Every person who comes to me is an individual. I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities and tailor my approach to what fits best for you, your history, and your goals.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership — collaborative, curious, and grounded in trust. You are the expert on your own life; I provide the tools, insight, and support.

Authenticity. I show up as my genuine self so you can, too. Our sessions are a no-judgment zone where honesty is always valued.

Kindness. Healing takes real courage. I have deep respect for who you are, what you bring to our sessions, and the work it takes to grow.

Curiosity. I approach each session with genuine interest in understanding you — not just your symptoms, but your full story and lived experience. What you have to say is important, and I'd like to learn more.

Collaboration. Therapy is a collaboration of two people working towards the same goals. Together, we will examine old thought patterns and beliefs, identify what keeps you feeling stuck, and develop new ways of thinking.

"We are all works in progress, and we are all capable of change." — Daniel Gilbert

Common questions

I am currently out of network with insurance providers. However, I can provide a superbill (itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits. I recommend calling your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network mental health coverage before our first session.
My standard session fee is $225 per 50-minute session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who need financial flexibility. Please reach out to discuss what options may be available.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which helps build momentum and a strong therapeutic relationship. As you progress, we may shift to bi-weekly or monthly sessions depending on your goals and needs.
Yes — I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Telehealth is available to clients located anywhere in New York State. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of online therapy, especially for busy schedules or when in-person visits aren't possible.
I require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
Therapy can be helpful for anyone going through a difficult time — or simply wanting to understand themselves better and grow. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something just isn't working in your life, that's often enough. The best way to find out if therapy is right for you is to schedule a complimentary consultation and we can talk it through together.
